We want to get your order to you as quick as possible, like replacing a damaged paddle after you sent it flying
Processing Times
Please allow 1-2 days for processing. We process orders Monday thru Friday typically, but we are a family business and if the weekends aren't busy, we'll get your order processed asap. Also, we'll be sure to process orders during the holidays, weekends included.
Shipping
We use standard USPS shipping and your orders should arrive between 3-7 days. You can have the option for faster shipping at checkout (for additional cost of course)
Delivery times could be impacted by geographic location and weather conditions.
All shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

After order is placed, you will receive confirmation and tracking details.
Returns & Exchanges

Email: courtbangsta@gmail.com with any questions or concerns about returns. Or you can message us on WhatsApp.
Bangsta Bags: 30 days after receipt (if shipped). Must be undamaged and unused.
Tshirts and Hats: Must be in original, unopened and unused condition, with original packaging. 14 day return period after receiving order.
You must provide proof of purchase.
We will provide you instructions on next steps after initial communication. If product was damaged when it arrived to you we will have you send it back to us (at our expense) for inspection and approval or return.
Conditions
After you've contacted us and return is approved, you can receive replacement, refund, or store credit. You must send back product and we will cover shipping.
Policy Changes
Bangsta reserves the right to make policy changes to refunds and returns. Any changes posted are effectively immediately.
